RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy is for our online store only. For in store returns please contact the store at (423)-541-2353
For manufacturing defects/issues, please contact us for assistance.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for another item within 30 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for their own return shipping label.
Please include a note stating whether you would like to exchange or return.
If exchanging, the customer will be responsible for a $19.99 shipping fee if UPS label through us or can choose to send back through your preferred carrier.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Additionally, Mountain Outfitters may pass through the cost of shipping in the case of a buyer's refusal of delivery.
