We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $149 to the Contiguous U.S. only.
All other orders will qualify for Flat Rate Shipping of $12.99.
Typical delivery speed for Flat Rate or Free Shipping is 3-5 business days.
To guarantee earlier arrival, we offer UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2 Day Shipping as well.
Please note that our primary carrier UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy is for our online store only. For in store returns please contact the store at (931)924-4100.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for another item within 30 days of receipt.
If exchanging, a $12.99 shipping fee will be applied.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags, attached.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
A restocking fee of $10 may apply to items returned or exchanged due to buyer's remorse.
Additionally, Mountain Outfitters may pass through the cost of shipping in the case of a buyer's refusal of delivery.
Items placed on Clearance (more than 15% Off original price) may only be returned for a store credit or exchange.
