These things are really great. I was very skeptical at first, but I tried them on and fell in love. I get the most use out of them in the gym. They're great for squats, dead lifts kettlebell workouts and circuit training. It's pretty amazing how many muscles there were in my foot that I had forgotten how to use.
If you are into running or fitness you should definitely look into these shoes and the barefoot running movement in general. You should also look into them if you just like to answer questions about your feet when you walk through the grocery store.
