awesome five fingers, 10th May 2010
Zoe Jones
The Vibram Sprint that I bought at Mountain Outfitters has already made a huge impact on the way I walk and run even though I just got them three days ago. They take a little getting used to and at first it was hard to get all my toes into each 'finger' - but after an hour of wearing them they felt more and more comfortable and I could feel my posture changing (for the better!) to accommodate the shoes. I also took them for a test run and so far the prognosis is good. I was afraid that my ankles would be unstable but, in fact, being able to feel every part of the trail just made it easier for my legs and feet to compensate for the uneven terrain.
