Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for an exchange or for in-store credit. This includes both regular and most sale priced items. For your safety, life supporting climbing equipment, such as carabiners, harnesses and ropes, cannot be returned or exchanged. Some items such as socks, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. For details on exchanges and returns, click here.
If you are experiencing any problems please contact us so that we can help. We are on call from 10am to 6pm (Central Time) 7 days a week. If it is after hours and you have a question please send us an e-mail or call the following morning. Our staff is qualified to help you with any trouble you might be having. If we can’t fix it immediately we will work tirelessly until will find a way to ensure the customer’s satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our store policies. All that we ask for is your patience and trust that we are doing everything we can to help you.
We believe in openness and transparency in everything that we do and that includes our policies. We stand behind every product that we sell and only offer products that are built to last and that have been extensively tested in the field and offer an all-encompassing manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to take care of any warranty or repair issue that you may have for the life of your products.
