This includes both regular and most sale priced items. For your safety, life supporting climbing equipment, such as carabiners, harnesses and ropes, cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are experiencing any problems – please contact us so that we can help. We are on call from 10am to 6pm - 7 days a week. If it is after hours and you have a question – please send us an e-mail. Some workers are so dedicated they might be able to help at any hour of the night. Our staff is qualified to help you with any trouble you might be having. If we can’t fix it, we will find a way. All that we ask for is your patience and trust that we are doing everything we can to help you.
We believe in openness and transparency in everything that we do and that includes our policies. If we say we will do it, we will do it. We stand behind every product that we sell and only offer products that are built to last and that have an extensive manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to take care of any warranty or repair issue that you may have for the life of your products.
