Position: Manager

Full Time - Beginning Immediately

Mountain Outfitters is looking for someone to fill the role of Manager in our store. The duties include working full time in the store handing the day to day operations of the entire store as well as:

- managing/training sales staff
- product input and database maintenance
- advertising and marketing
- managing our web store
- assisting with buying in store
- and more...

Applicants should have the following qualifications

- highly motivated
- detail-oriented
- knowledge of outdoor gear
- sales or managing experience
- basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google
- excellent people skills
- a cell phone and car

This position offers tremendous opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to make their way in the outdoor specialty retail market. You will be trained to run almost every aspect of an outdoor store and given the opportunity to develop a large skill set in a comfortable but demanding environment. Candidates should be ready to work weekends and be on call to assist during all store hours. References are required and there will be an interview before a candidate is hired.
